DATA ORIGIN / GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
This product is a ¼° interpolated and weekly averaged of the 1/12° daily Net Primary Production and Chlorophyll-a concentration product provided by CLS (SST&Chla&NPP Cloudless Satellite Observations). It is one of the forcing data for SEAPODYM Low and Mid-Trophic model. It is particularly used to produce the weekly ¼° zooplankton and micronekcton datasets.
